To get immediate results from Noise Ninja, try the following:
1. Go to the Noise Profiler page (click the tool button on the left
side of the interface). Press the Profile Image button. This will measure
the noise in the image.
2. Go to the Noise Filter page. If you don't see the green preview rectangle,
click anywhere in the image to activate it. and adjust the Luminance Strength
slider on the Filter page until you like the results displayed in the preview
rectangle.
3. Click the Remove Noise button to filter the entire image.
4. Go to the Noise Brush page. Paint on the image with the brush tool
to fade or undo noise reduction in specific areas.
This procedure should yield reasonable results for many images. However, your workflow will probably be more productive and consistent if you learn to use more advanced features like camera profiles and automatic profile loading.
